ABSTRACT
Piezoelectric ultrasonic motors were heard past from about 30 years.Today large number of designs have been developed on Piezoelectric ultrasonic motors.Different working principles of this kind of motors have dealt in this paper.The operational stages of Piezoelectric ultrasonic motors is well explained in this paper.Their advantages ,disadvantages,economical and others perspectives are well studied and it holds the main aim to emphasis the development of Piezoelectric ultrasonic motors in the modern world.
